InttraSearch is the first search engine dedicated to interpretation and translation.
The site is one of the services provided by the Inttranet™ portal (www.inttra.net, www.inttranews.net, www.exttra.net...), designed by and for professional interpreters and translators who are members of the network.
Access conditions
The Site can be consulted 24 hours a day, other than in cases of occasional interruptions for site updating or maintenance, or in the event of outages caused in particular by telecommunications operators.
Inttranet cannot be held responsible for any such outages or interruptions.
User obligations
In subscribing, they undertake to comply with all the present terms and conditions, with which they are familiar.
User data
Inttranet guarantees that no data concerning subscribers is transferred to any third party of any kind.
The InttraSearch site content and functions have been reported to and approved by the French Information Liberties Commission, an independent authority in charge of supervising the use of private information by web sites.

Responsibility
Inttranet cannot be held responsible for commercial information, offers or other contents of the sites towards which users are redirected.
Inttranet cannot be held responsible for information posted on the site because of an act of ill will by a third-party on its information system and declines any responsibility with regard to the disadvantages, technical problems, viruses and other incidents that may result from the use of electronics and telecommunications.
Inttranet cannot in any way be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage of any kind caused to Users or Subscribers due to: (i) the temporary unavailability of the InttraSearch site, (ii) any suspensions or interruptions in service for whatever cause, including in the event of failure or suspension of the service for maintenance purposes, (iii) the disclosure to or use of the Subscriber's Password or Login by unauthorised people.
Although every measure is taken in the selection of websites, InttraSearch cannot be held responsible for the information provided, whatever the language version.
The webmasters of the sites in question are responsible for their contents.
Copyright
The use of the Site does not constitute a right of ownership on the data it contains. The Users of InttraSearch consult the site for their own account. Consequently, users undertake to use the data and information only for private purposes, and not to communicate them to third parties, on a free or fee-paying basis, or to market them directly or indirectly.
In the event of non-compliance with the present terms and condition, Inttranet reserves the right to cancel the subscription.

The information concerning Inttranet and InttraSearch subscribers is deliberately provided in good faith by the latter and shall not be used for any other purposes than the correct operation of the respective websites.
In accordance with the Data-processing law and Freedoms on January 6, 1978, subscribers are entitled to access, correct, modify and delete data concerning them. This right may be exerted by sending an e-mail to the Webmaster here.
The information received in log in forms is not distributed to third parties.
Modifications of the general conditions
